We didn’t have the luxury of coming here and testing and Dave did, so we could look at his notes and look at some of the things that he changed. Dave has helped me a lot. I just wish we could get something together for him to be out here every week. Its real important for me to be able to bounce ideas off him every now and then. He has been a big help and is always very willing to help. He definitely is the ideal teammate. There is no internal competition; there is just the common goal to have one very successful organization with all of our different teams. Were working real hard to get Dave a deal and really work hard at building this team into a competitive, championship team for many years to come.

Bill Davis Trucking News
Becky Beasley of Bill Davis Trucking, won the Arkansas Trucking Association Safety Director of the Year. She is the only woman to be chosen for the award in the 72-year history of the ATA. Beasley joined Bill Davis Trucking six years ago with no experience in the trucking industry or in the area of safety, but quickly adapted and began doing research in the field. She visited countless other companies to meet with their safety directors to find out what she had to do to get the safety program off the ground at Bill Davis Trucking. This award is usually presented to the larger carriers, not one such as Bill Davis Trucking which employees 55 people to help operate their fleet of 23 Kenworth-powered refrigerated units.
